The turnaround time depends on the type of test material and microbial strains used for the testing. For antibacterial product samples, we typically take 1-2 weeks to complete the test. Whereas, our turnaround time for antiviral and antifungal samples is 4-5 weeks.

Our fast-track program is designed to meet immediate customer demands by prioritizing the testing needs and expediting the test analysis process. The fastest turnaround time through the fast track program is 1-2 weeks after receiving the samples for testing.

MIS provides soft copies of your test reports via email. To get the hard copy, customers can send us a request at [email protected].

MIS accepts payments from their customers through wire transfer.
